Armida Winery Sauvignon Blanc
My favorite wine is Armida Winery’s 2006 Sauvignon Blanc from the Russian River Valley in Sonoma County. It is a refreshing, crisp, lighter-bodied white with a smooth finish. It has a great balance of acid and some hints of citrus. This wine goes perfect with pretty much any chicken dish. I especially like to enjoy it with chicken alfredo pasta. This wine always hits the spot and is relatively mellow for a Sauvignon Blanc. It is affordably priced at $19 a bottle at Armida Winery.
